1 – 15 oz. can garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
1/4 cup tahini
1 small garlic clove
2 Tbs olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cumin
3 Tbs water
paprika (for garnish)
