Ingredients
¼ cup coarse Korean red pepper flakes
2½ Tablespoons coconut palm sugar
2 Tablespoons toasted sesame oil
2 Tablespoons coconut aminos or Tamari
2 Tablespoons rice vinegar
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
2 pounds uncooked wild salmon
4 scallions, thinly sliced for garnish
