2 oz. añejo tequila
½ oz. thyme-infused Cointreau*
1 egg white
1 oz. lime juice
½ oz. pine-lemongrass syrup**
Finely ground sassafras leaves, bay leaves, and dried lime
Coarse salt
Rind of 1 lemon
Thyme sprig, for garnish
