Pretty and moreish baked blueberry cheesecake bars

280g digestive biscuits
2 tbsp caster sugar
100g slightly salted butter
825g Philadelphia cream cheese
3 medium free range eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
200g caster sugar
100ml double cream (or you can use Elmlea, which I find helps the cheesecake set well)
60g plain flour
12x9inch tray bake tin (I use the Mary Berry one from Lakeland purely because the sides are straight rather than slanted, so its easier to get nice even bars)
