LEMON BARS

Ingredients
For the crust:
Butter for greasing the pan
2 c. all purpose flour
2 sticks (1 c. butter) unsalted butter, cut into pieces
1/2 c. confectioner’s sugar plus more for garnish
pinch of salt
For the filling:
4 large eggs plus 2 egg yolks
2 c. granulated sugar
1/3 c. all purpose flour
2 tsp. grated lemon zest
1 c. fresh lemon juice
