Healthy Matcha Green Tea Milkshake – Desserts with Benefits

Ingredients
1 cup Plain, Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (or milk of choice)
1 cup Ice Cubes*
1 tbs Homemade Metamucil
1 tsp Organic Matcha Powder
1/2 tsp Stevia Extract
1/2 tsp Almond Flavor
1/2 tsp Vanilla Paste (I used homemade!)
