3 C water
1/2 C low fat cottage cheese* optional
1 large handful of spinach
1 C frozen mangoes
1/3 C frozen blueberries
1/3 C frozen raspberries
1/3 C frozen peaches
1/2 frozen banana
2 T chia
2 T flax seed
