Ingredients:

· 800 grams. beef ribs
· 1 cup of brandy
· 1 glass of white wine
· 3 cloves garlic, crushed
· 1 leaf of laurel heading into pieces
· salt
· freshly ground black pepper
· 3 sprigs parsley
