Ingredients
For the Salmon
2 lbs fresh salmon (we used sockeye)
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
For the Dry Rub
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp coconut palm sugar
½ tsp dry mustard
½ tsp granulated garlic
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp turmeric
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp cumin
