Pretzel Ice Cream & How to Make Choc-Tops

Ingredients
For the ice cream:
3 cups (300g) pretzels, plus extra for sprinkling
2 cups (250ml) milk
1 tbsp + 1 tsp cornstarch (cornflour)
1 + ½ tbsp cream cheese, at room temperature
1 + ¼ cup cream
⅔ cup (155g) caster sugar
2 tbsp liquid glucose (or corn syrup)
To assemble the choc tops:
6 waffle cones
4 oz (100g) dark chocolate
⅓ cup (85ml) coconut oil
crushed pretzels
