Teriyaki Sauce
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup water, divided
3 Tbsp packed light-brown sugar
3 Tbsp honey
3 medium cloves garlic minced
2 1/2 tsp finely grated fresh ginger
1 1/2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch
