Ingredients

1/2 cup packed cilantro leaves
1/3 cup chopped shallot
1/3 cup lime juice (about 4 limes)
1/3 cup olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
3 large garlic cloves, chopped fine
1/2 large jalapeño, seeded and chopped fine
Flank Steak
1 1/4 – 1 1/2 pounds flank steak, trimmed of any extra fat
