Feasting at Home: Grilled Chicken Shawarma Recipe

Ingredients

2 lbs to 2 ¼ lb chicken thighs ( boneless and skinless –or skin on)
2 T ground cumin
2 T ground coriander
8 cloves minced garlic cloves
1 ½ tsp kosher salt
6 T olive oil
1/4 tsp cayenne
2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp. ground black pepper
2 tsp allspice
