Strawberry Greek Yogurt Coffee Cake with Granola Streusel


For the streusel topping:

1 cup Nature Valley Oats n’ Honey Protein Granola (or your favorite granola)
½ cup dark brown sugar, packed
⅓ cup all purpose flour
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon kosher salt
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, cold and cut into small cubes
For the cake:

1 ¼ cups plus 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
⅓ cup granulated sugar
¼ cup dark brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup Yoplait Greek Vanilla Yogurt (or any vanilla Greek yogurt)
1 ½ cups strawberries, cut into large chunks
