2 tablespoons almond milk
1 cup pitted prunes or dates
1/4 cup chia seeds

Middle Layer

1 cup almond flour
1/3 cup almond milk
1/3 cup maple syrup

Caramel Layer

2 cups pitted dates
1/2 salted peanuts
2-3 tbsp water
1/2 tsp celtic salt or Himalayan salt

Top Layer

1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
1/3 cup cacao powder
1/3 cup maple syrup
