Green Smoothie | Inside a British Mum’s Kitchen

Green Smoothie.

1 banana
1 packed cup of spinach
2 cups pineapple, frozen or not
1-1/2 cups coconut milk (almond or soy would work beautifully also)
1/2 an avocado
Juice of half a lemon
1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Other goodies to add if desired:

1 scoop of protein powder
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 heaped teaspoon psyllium husks
1-2 teaspoons aloe vera gel
1-2 teaspoons flaxseed oil
