Springtime Citrus Salmon Salad

INGREDIENTS
2 filets salmon, about 7 ounces each
6 cups salad greens or torn lettuces
2 tablespoons slivered toasted almonds
olive oil, for cooking and drizzling
1 small bunch asparagus spears, cut in half if very long
olives for garnish, optional
1 lemon, zested and cut in half
1 orange, zested and cut in half
2 spring onions, halved lengthwise or 4 scallions
salt and pepper, to taste
