2 medium avocados, sliced
2 medium carrots, sliced into strips
2 kirby cucumbers, sliced
2 cups shredded red cabbage
2 sheets Nori Paper, sliced thin into strips
OPTIONAL: Sesame Seeds & chopped Scallions for garnish
