Ingredients

1 1/2 – 2 lbs. shrimp
2 teaspoon Season with Spice’s Vietnamese Spicy BBQ Seasoning
3-4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 tablespoon honey and sriracha (optional)
8 oz. vermicelli (I used thin flat rice noodles)
For assembly
Cucumber slices
Shredded carrots
cilantro
roasted peanuts
lime wedges
Nuoc Cham
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tablespoon fish sauce
2 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon sugar
1 garlic, minced
1 red chile, minced
