#GuiltFree // Vegan Hazelnut Coffee Fudge

Ingredients:

2 cups cooked chickpeas
¼ cup coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup + 1 tbsp pure maple syrup or agave (brown rice syrup might also work, but I haven’t tried it)
3 tsp Teeccino or 2 tsp instant coffee or 1 tbsp whole coffee beans
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
¼ tsp sea salt (omit if using canned chickpeas containing salt)
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp hazelnuts, divided
