#HealthRecipe // Wok-Seared Cashews with Scallions and Sesame

Ingredients
2 Cups Raw Cashews (or peanuts)
1 T peanut oil
2 T finely minced ginger
2 T minced garlic – 5-6 cloves
¾ tsp kosher salt
8 dry red Thai chilies or chili flakes to taste
1 tsp soy sauce
½ tsp sugar
2 scallions -thinly sliced at a diagonal
1 T toasted sesame seeds
