gluten free rolled oats (or non GF if you prefer) – 1 cup
unsweetened coconut flakes – 1/2 cup
flax seeds – 1/4 cup
sliced almonds – 1/2 cup
almond meal – 1/4 cup
ground cinnamon – 2 teaspoons
vanilla bean paste (or pure vanilla extract) – 1 teaspoon
salt – 1/2 teaspoon
