For the crust:
1-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter, chilled and diced
1/4 cup ice water
For the quiche:
2 tablespoons butter
1 white onion, diced
1 large zucchini, peeled, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
4 ounces oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon cayenne powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 eggs
1/2 cup half and half
1-1/2 cups grated gruyere (apple smoked)
4 ounces goat cheese, crumbled
Cooking spray
