Coconut Carrot Cake with Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting

Cake:

2 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup yellow cornmeal
3 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1-1/2 cups canola oil
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup light brown sugar
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon coconut extract
2-1/2 cups shredded carrots
1 cup crushed pineapple, with juices
1 cup walnuts
1-1/2 cups sweetened flake coconut
Frosting:

1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 (8 ounce) cream cheeses, softened
6-7 cups powdered sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 cups coconut, toasted
carrot candies, if desired
