10 boneless skinless chicken thighs
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon shallots, finely minced
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 teaspoon fresh thyme, finely minced and 12 single sprigs of fresh thyme
1 tablespoon and ½ teaspoon arrowroot powder
10 tiny drops of liquid smoke (optional for a slight hickory flavor)
1 tablespoon of good balsamic vinegar
½ teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 pint grape tomatoes (you could also do mushrooms instead)
2 cups dry white wine (preferably Italian)
